The wireless load shackle turns a standard rigging shackle into a load cell. The shackle's bolt is replaced with a sealed, strain-gauged stainless steel load pin that measures the force passing through the shackle and sends the reading by radio to a handheld display. Because it is the same shape and size as a normal shackle, it drops straight into your existing rigging without adding headroom or extra hardware, and the test crew can read the load from a safe distance with no cables running up to the hook.
